This winter, SANSUI NISEKO presents two quietly refined cultural programs. A Kyoto-based tea master offers a traditional tea ceremony, presenting Uji matcha and Kyoto sweets thoughtfully selected by the host. Soba masters from Hokkaido lead a hands-on workshop that follows the fundamentals of soba making, using premium local buckwheat flour.

Stay four nights. Receive two complimentary 3-Day All Mountain Passes. For stays between December 1–12, a 2-hour afternoon lesson is also included, with our compliments.
