This winter, SANSUI NISEKO presents two quietly refined cultural programs.
A Kyoto-based tea master offers a traditional tea ceremony, presenting Uji matcha and Kyoto sweets thoughtfully selected by the host.
Soba masters lead a hands-on workshop that follows the fundamentals of soba making, using Hokkaido buckwheat flour.
Balancing authenticity and accessibility, each session provides a calm and welcoming introduction to Japanese tradition for participants of all experience levels.
